
Marta Markoska was born on 29.06.1981 in Skopje, Macedonia.
She holds a Bachelor of General and Comparative Literature and a Master of Cultural Studies in Literature from the Institute of Macedonian Literature in Skopje.
Markoska is a member of the Writers Association of Macedonia.

She is a creator of two multimedia performances, and also a musical illustrator on several documentaries.
Back in the past, Markoska was also a percussionist in several music projects, among them the jazz group Josephine’s Suspenders.
Her PhD thesis is on hold to some indefinite/unspecified/uncertain time or until she figure out why the hell she has a need of it at all.
